New Shipping Process 

All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Monday- Friday). Pick-up day is counted as Day 0. Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day. All orders are shipped with Adult Signature Confirmation.

 

State and Pact Act Compliance: Many states have restrictions or regulations that must be followed.  Please refer to the Compliance Page

 

Restricted Shipping: We are currently unable to ship to military addresses containing APO, FPO or DPO.

Service Coverage: You may see that we are unable to ship to some of our customers. This is mainly due to logistical constraint or lack of regional carrier service in certain areas in the U.S.. Free shipping is valid for all listed U.S. States; U.S. territories are excluded. This offer is valid online only. There is a $80 minimum purchase required: after any discounts and before any applicable taxes.

Domestic freight shipping: Signature is required

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.

The Adult Signature service requires an additional charge of $8 and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process. If it's more convenient for you, we're able to ship your vape supplies to a business address. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Order Tracking: 

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, Apollo does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account.

 

 

Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Apollo, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the carrier in use. Apollo strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Apollo is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user. 

 

 

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder: 

Apollo strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, Apollo is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc. 

 

 

Order Discrepancies: 

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue. 

 

 

Canceling and Altering Orders: 

Unfortunately orders cannot be changed after placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to Customer Service via online chat or email as soon as possible and we will check and see if we are able to cancel your order. Due to the volume of orders Apollo receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request.

 

 

Sales Tax:

We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments. 


Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
