How to create an account?

Click on the member icon located next to the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand corner. Then, click on the “New customer? Sign up for an account” link below the sign in button. Next, fill out the new customer information and click create.

How do reward points work and how to redeem them?

To redeem:

Log into your account

On the bottom right of the screen click the red rewards button

Click Redeem points

Slide the bar to the number of points you want to redeem (in increments of 20). Click redeem and you will receive a coupon code to use (it will also be sent to your email if you want to use it at a later time). You will need to make sure to apply the coupon code at the cart page.

Adding birthdate:

Click the rewards button at the bottom right of the page

Click how to earn points

Click birthday reward, enter the date month and day and click save

Is Shipping Free?

Shipping is free to all US Customers on orders over $50 or more and International Customers on orders over $150. Free shipping is calculated after any discount codes are used, and before any taxes.

How quickly will you ship after I place my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 - 48 business hours (M-F 9am-5pm PST) once the order has been verified through AgeChecker. We do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

How Do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped. The email will contain a clickable tracking number for you to view the progress of your shipment as well as an estimated delivery date. If you do not receive the shipment notification email after 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact customer support for tracking information. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account.

How quickly will I receive my shipment if I choose First Class Domestic Shipping?

Please allow 3 - 7 full business days for your order to arrive via First Class Ground (depending on location)

What if I want my shipment to arrive faster?

You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 days in most cases. Please note choosing priority mail still has to go through the normal 24-48 business hour processing time.

I received an email regarding Age Verification. Is this legit?

Yes it is. Apollo uses AgeChecker for our age-verification system. It is required by law that all orders be verified before shipping out. Please note that if the order is not verified, it can affect your processing time and take longer for the order to ship.
